§ 5-33-6-4 — "Tourism group"
Indiana·Title 5 STATE AND LOCAL ADMINISTRATION·Art. 33 INDIANA DESTINATION DEVELOPMENT·Ch. 6 Tourism Information and Promotion Fund
As used in this chapter, "tourism group" means
a private nonprofit corporation established under Indiana law whose
purposes include the promotion of tourist resources and facilities in
Indiana.
