Text

(a)A member who is an elected or appointed officer under section 2(1) or 2(2) of this chapter serves as an ex officio member of the board.
(b)All members of the board are voting members.
(c)Except as provided in subsection (d), the term of a member appointed under section 2(3) of this chapter is four (4) years.
(d)The initial terms of members appointed under section 2(3) of this chapter are as follows:
(1)Three (3) members serve terms of four (4) years.
(2)Two (2) members serve terms of three (3) years. Upon expiration of a member's initial term, the governor shall appoint a member to serve a four (4) year term.
(e)The initial term of a member appointed under section 2(4) of this chapter is four (4) years. Upon expiration of the member's initial term, the governor shall appoint a me
