§ 5-32-2-2 — "Applicable public works statute"
"Applicable public works statute" refers to whichever of the following statutes is applicable to public works projects of the public agency:
(1)IC 4-13.6.
(2)IC 5-16.
(3)IC 36-1-12.
(4)Any other statute applicable to the public works projects of the
public agency.
