§ 5-32-2-14 — "Project"
(a)"Project" means the construction,
remodeling, rehabilitation, or repair of buildings or other facilities
owned by a public agency as described in the RFP.
(b)The term does not include the construction, remodeling,
rehabilitation, or repair of roads, highways, bridges, or potable water
or wastewater infrastructure.
