§ 5-30-6-2 — Design criteria developer; conflict of interest

(a)The design criteria developer shall prepare
the design criteria package.
(b)The design criteria developer may not submit a proposal or
furnish design or construction services under the contract.
(c)The design-builder may not delegate or subcontract design
services or construction services under the design-build contract to the
design criteria developer.
