§ 5-30-4-2 — Conflict of interest
Indiana·Title 5 STATE AND LOCAL ADMINISTRATION·Art. 30 DESIGN-BUILD PUBLIC WORKS PROJECTS·Ch. 4 Technical Review Committee
(a)A member of the technical review committee
may not:
(1)submit a proposal for; or
(2)furnish design services or construction services under;
the design-build contract.
(b)The design-builder may not delegate or subcontract professional
services or construction services under the design-build contract to a
member of the technical review committee.
(c)Each member of the technical review committee must certify for
each request for proposals that there is not a conflict of interest
between the member and the design-builder responding to the request
for proposals. If a conflict of interest exists, the member must be
replaced before the review of any proposal.
