§ 5-30-1-7 — "Design services"
Indiana·Title 5 STATE AND LOCAL ADMINISTRATION·Art. 30 DESIGN-BUILD PUBLIC WORKS PROJECTS·Ch. 1 Definitions
"Design services" means services that are:
(1)within the scope of practice specified by IC 25-4 for
architecture or IC 25-31 for professional engineering; or
(2)performed by a registered architect or professional engineer in
connection with the architect's or engineer's professional
employment or practice.
