§ 5-30-1-3 — "Design-build contract"
Indiana·Title 5 STATE AND LOCAL ADMINISTRATION·Art. 30 DESIGN-BUILD PUBLIC WORKS PROJECTS·Ch. 1 Definitions
"Design-build contract" means a contract between a public agency and a design-builder to furnish:
(1)architectural, engineering, and related design services as
required for a public project; and
(2)labor, materials, and other construction services for the same
public project.
