Text

(a)The political subdivision or county, or a contractor that contracts with the political subdivision or county to administer the official website, shall:
(1)create a printed copy of any notice posted on the official website in a format that includes the date of publication on the first day that the legal notice is published on the official website; and
(2)maintain a printed copy of any notice for archival and verification purposes.
(b)A proof of publication that complies with section 7 of this chapter must be furnished upon request. The proof of publication must state that the notice was posted from the initial date through the last posting date required by law.
