§ 5-3-5-5 — Requirements for notice published on an official website
Indiana·Title 5 STATE AND LOCAL ADMINISTRATION·Art. 3 PUBLICATION OF NOTICES·Ch. 5 Electronic Publication of Notices by Political
The notice must:
(1)be in a location on the official website where the notice is
easily accessible and identifiable; and
(2)remain on the official website not less than seven (7) days
after the last posting date required by law has expired.
