§ 5-3-2-4 — Supplemental effect of law

This chapter shall not be deemed to alter, amend, or repeal any other statute of the state of Indiana, but shall be supplemental and in addition to any other law in force on June 14, 1939, requiring all legal notices to be published in a newspaper of general circulation. Formerly: Acts 1939, c.84, s.4. As amended by P.L.25-1986, SEC.13.
