§ 5-3-2-4 — Supplemental effect of law
Indiana·Title 5 STATE AND LOCAL ADMINISTRATION·Art. 3 PUBLICATION OF NOTICES·Ch. 2 Newspapers Qualified to Publish Legal Notices
This chapter shall not be deemed to alter, amend,
or repeal any other statute of the state of Indiana, but shall be
supplemental and in addition to any other law in force on June 14,
1939, requiring all legal notices to be published in a newspaper of
general circulation.
