§ 5-28-8-2 — "Federal program"
Indiana·Title 5 STATE AND LOCAL ADMINISTRATION·Art. 28 INDIANA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT·Ch. 8 Economic Development Fund
As used in this chapter, "federal program"
means a federal loan or grant program that promotes economic
development.
