§ 5-28-7-1 — Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout this chapter:
(1)"Business" includes an entity that has the objective of
supplying a service or an article of trade or commerce.
(2)"School corporation" has the meaning set forth in IC 20-18-2-16(a).
(3)"Charter school" has the meaning set forth in IC 20-18-2-2.5.
