§ 5-28-43-2 — "Eligible regional economic acceleration and development organization"
Indiana·Title 5 STATE AND LOCAL ADMINISTRATION·Art. 28 INDIANA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT·Ch. 43 Regional Economic Acceleration and Development
As used in this chapter, "eligible regional economic acceleration and development organization" means any of the following:
(1)A development authority.
(2)A qualified nonprofit organization.
