§ 5-28-43-12 — Powers of the board
Indiana·Title 5 STATE AND LOCAL ADMINISTRATION·Art. 28 INDIANA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT·Ch. 43 Regional Economic Acceleration and Development
The board has the following powers:
(1)To accept, analyze, approve, and deny applications under this
chapter.
(2)To provide assistance to applicants that wish to apply for a
grant or loan from the fund.
(3)To analyze proposals.
(4)To work with experts engaged by the board.
(5)To prepare reports and recommendations for the board.
