§ 5-28-41-17 — Additional eligible expenses

In addition to the purposes described in section 7 of this chapter, the following expenses are eligible to be funded by the fund:
(1)Costs associated with increasing housing and associated
infrastructure, including strategies that lead to permanent housing
for individuals experiencing homelessness.
(2)Costs related to programs to support community mental health
and public health.
(3)Costs related to providing broadband services, but only if:
(A)all other funding sources for the provision of broadband
have been exhausted; and
(B)the projects funded in whole or in part by a grant or loan
from the fund satisfy the criteria and requirements described in
IC 4-4-38.5.
(4)Costs related to improving the quality of life in the region.
