§ 5-28-40-1 — "Eligible small business"
Indiana·Title 5 STATE AND LOCAL ADMINISTRATION·Art. 28 INDIANA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT·Ch. 40 Small Business Innovation Voucher Program
As used in this chapter, "eligible small business" means a business entity that:
(1)is authorized to transact business in Indiana;
(2)maintains a majority of its business operations within Indiana;
and
(3)employs not more than one hundred fifty (150) persons.
