§ 5-28-4-7 — Meetings
Indiana·Title 5 STATE AND LOCAL ADMINISTRATION·Art. 28 INDIANA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT·Ch. 4 Corporation Board
Meetings of the board shall be held at the call of
the chairperson or whenever any six (6) voting members request a
meeting. The members shall meet at least once every three (3) months
to attend to the business of the board.
