Text
The corporation may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 or establish policies to provide:
(1)the conditions under which the trademark described in section
2 of this chapter may be used, which may include such criteria as
the extent to which the product is actually produced or assembled
in Indiana; and
(2)a procedure under which application for use of the trademark
may be made.
