§ 5-28-30-8 — "Security agreement"

As used in this chapter, "security agreement"
means an agreement which creates or provides for a security interest in
equipment, including, but not limited to, an equipment lease under the
guaranty program or within the meaning of IC 36-7-12, and any
successor provisions related to equipment.
