§ 5-28-24-7 — Grants from state appropriated funds
Indiana·Title 5 STATE AND LOCAL ADMINISTRATION·Art. 28 INDIANA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT·Ch. 24 Investment Incentive Program
The corporation may not make a grant from
state appropriated funds to a county or municipality under this chapter
unless the county or municipality agrees to lend to the new or
expanding business an amount greater than or equal to the state grant.
