§ 5-28-21-4 — "Sponsor"

Indiana·Title 5 STATE AND LOCAL ADMINISTRATION·Art. 28 INDIANA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT·Ch. 21 Small Business Incubator Program

As used in this chapter, "sponsor" means an organization that enters into a written agreement with the corporation to:

(1)establish, operate, and administer a small business incubator; or
(2)provide funding to an organization that operates a small business incubator.
