§ 5-28-21-3 — "Incubator"
Indiana·Title 5 STATE AND LOCAL ADMINISTRATION·Art. 28 INDIANA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT·Ch. 21 Small Business Incubator Program
As used in this chapter, "incubator" means a
facility in which space may be leased by a tenant and in which
management provides access to business development services for use
by tenants.
