§ 5-28-21-12 — Loan or loan guarantee amount limits
Indiana·Title 5 STATE AND LOCAL ADMINISTRATION·Art. 28 INDIANA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT·Ch. 21 Small Business Incubator Program
A loan or loan guarantee under this chapter may not exceed the lesser of:
(1)fifty percent (50%) of the total eligible project costs; or
(2)five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000).
