§ 5-28-18-1 — "Federal income poverty level"
Indiana·Title 5 STATE AND LOCAL ADMINISTRATION·Art. 28 INDIANA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT·Ch. 18 Small Business Development Fund
As used in this chapter, "federal income
poverty level" means the nonfarm income official poverty line as
determined annually by the federal Office of Management and Budget.
