Text
The state pledges to and agrees with the
direct recipient of any enterprise zone incentive under this chapter that
the state will not limit or alter the rights vested in the U.E.A. to fulfill
the terms of any agreements it makes with those recipients or in any
way impair the rights and remedies of those recipients until the terms
of the incentive are fulfilled. The board may include this pledge and
agreement of the state in any agreement it makes with the recipient.
