§ 5-28-13-7 — Federal and local government permit agencies; use of center services; advice to applicants

The center may encourage federal and local
government permit agencies to use the services provided by the center
to make information available to permit applicants. The center may
advise permit applicants of federal and local permit requirements and
may maintain an information file on permits for which the state has
delegated issuance authority to local governmental agencies.
