§ 5-28-13-5 — Information file on permit requirements

The center shall establish an information file on all state agency permit requirements that affect business activities in Indiana. The center shall:

(1)develop methods for maintaining, updating, and providing ready access to the information file;

(2)use the information file to provide comprehensive information concerning permit requirements affecting business activities; and

(3)use the information file to provide the Indiana archives and records administration with information that will enable the administration to consolidate, simplify, expedite, or otherwise improve permit procedures.
