§ 5-28-10-16 — Matching amounts for capital expenditure grants

Indiana·Title 5 STATE AND LOCAL ADMINISTRATION·Art. 28 INDIANA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT·Ch. 10 Technology Development Grant Fund

A capital expenditure grant under this chapter shall require that the lesser of:

(1)two million dollars ($2,000,000); or
(2)fifty percent (50%) of the total capital costs; of the project being funded by the grant be matched from other sources.
