(a)The definitions set forth in IC 3-5-2.1 apply
to this section.
(b)A program participant who is otherwise qualified to vote may
apply to vote as provided in IC 3-7. The residence address of a program
participant shall be recorded in the computerized system as set forth in
the voter registration application. However, the voter registration
application of the program participant is confidential, and the name and
residence address of the program participant shall not be printed on any
poll list or made available through any electronic poll list provided to
precinct election officers.
(c)The program participant may vote in person at the office of the
county election board or may vote absentee by mail. The absentee
ballot application of a program participant is confidential. The program
