Text
5. "Harassment" means conduct that constitutes:
(1)an offense under IC 35-45-2-2 (harassment);
(2)an offense under the laws of:
(A)the United States;
(B)another state; or
(C)an Indian tribe;
that is substantially similar to an offense described in subdivision
(1); or
(3)an attempt or conspiracy to engage in conduct described in
subdivision (1) or (2);
regardless of whether the conduct results in criminal prosecution or
whether the person who engages in the conduct is an adult.
