§ 5-26-2-6 — Chair and vice chair; staff; meetings

(a)The governor shall select a chair and vice
chair of the commission. The chair and vice chair serve at the pleasure
of the governor.
(b)The chair may appoint staff needed to carry out this chapter from
the existing staff of participating agencies.
(c)The commission shall meet quarterly at the call of the chair.
