§ 5-26-1-6 — "User agency"
Indiana·Title 5 STATE AND LOCAL ADMINISTRATION·Art. 26 PUBLIC SAFETY COMMUNICATIONS·Ch. 1 Definitions
As used in this article, "user agency" means a
public safety agency or other entity that enters into an agreement with
the commission to use the system.
