Text
As used in this article, "system" refers to the
Indiana statewide wireless public safety voice and data
communications system. The term does not include an enhanced
emergency telephone system under IC 36-8-16-2 (before its repeal on
July 1, 2012) or the statewide 911 system under IC 36-8-16.7.
