§ 5-25-5-3 — Effect of article when contrary to constitution
Indiana·Title 5 STATE AND LOCAL ADMINISTRATION·Art. 25 INTERSTATE JOBS PROTECTION COMPACT·Ch. 5 Effect on Other Laws, Construction, and Severability
If this article is contrary to the constitution of
any party state, the article shall remain in effect as to the remaining
party states and in effect as to the party state affected as to all severable
matters.
