§ 5-25-5-2 — Severability of provisions
Indiana·Title 5 STATE AND LOCAL ADMINISTRATION·Art. 25 INTERSTATE JOBS PROTECTION COMPACT·Ch. 5 Effect on Other Laws, Construction, and Severability
The provisions of this article are severable and
if any part of this article is declared to be contrary to the constitution
of any party state or of the United States, or the applicability of this
article to any government, agency, person, or circumstance is held
invalid, the validity and applicability of the remainder of this article to
any government, agency, person, or circumstance shall remain in
effect.
