§ 5-25-1-6 — "Unnecessary relocation"

"Unnecessary relocation" means the physical movement from one (1) place to another of the permanent place of business, employees, jobs, or buildings of a business, for the primary purpose of obtaining a special incentive given by any level of state or local government, as an enticement or condition for the particular movement.
