Text
A governmental body may issue a request for information for any of the following purposes:
(1)To consider the factors involved in, the feasibility of, or the
potential consequences of a contemplated project involving a
public facility.
(2)To prepare a request for proposals.
(3)To evaluate any aspect of an existing public-private agreement
and an associated public facility.
