§ 5-22-8-1 — Applicability of chapter
(a)This chapter applies only to a purchase
expected by the purchasing agent to be less than one hundred fifty
thousand dollars ($150,000).
(b)Purchase requirements may not be artificially divided so as to
constitute a small purchase under this chapter.
