§ 5-22-7-7 — Bids; acceptance; evaluation
Bids must be:
(1)unconditionally accepted without alteration or correction,
except as provided in sections 11 through 13 of this chapter; and
(2)evaluated based on the requirements provided in the invitation
for bids.
