§ 5-22-24-1 — "Governmental entity"

Indiana·Title 5 STATE AND LOCAL ADMINISTRATION·Art. 22 PUBLIC PURCHASING·Ch. 24 Limitation on Labor Organization Membership

As used in this chapter, "governmental entity" means:

(1)the state (as defined in IC 22-6-6-7);
(2)a county;
(3)a municipality (as defined in IC 36-1-2-11);
(4)a township (as defined in IC 36-1-2-22);
(5)a redevelopment commission;
(6)a community development corporation (as defined in IC 4-4-28-2); and
(7)a public-private entity created by any form of government.
