§ 5-22-2-13 — "Governmental body"

"Governmental body" means an agency, a board, a branch, a bureau, a commission, a council, a department, an institution, an office, or another establishment of any of the following:

(1)The executive branch.
(2)The judicial branch.
(3)The legislative branch.
(4)A political subdivision.
