§ 5-22-18-3 — Offers opened after time stated in solicitation

Notwithstanding any other law, offers may be opened after the time stated in the solicitation if both of the following apply:
(1)The governmental body makes a written determination that it
is in the best interest of the governmental body to delay the
opening.
(2)The day, time, and place of the rescheduled opening is
announced at the day, time, and place of the originally scheduled
opening.
