§ 5-22-17-13 — Contracts for supplies or services for an unspecified number of items at a fixed price per unit
A solicitation may provide that the
purchasing agent will award a contract for supplies or services for an
unspecified number of items at a fixed price per unit. Such a contract
may include a formula or a method for escalation of the unit price.
