§ 5-22-15-11 — Award to offeror with lowest total adjusted offer

Notwithstanding any statute requiring the
award of a contract to the lowest offeror, but subject to section 12 of
this chapter, a purchasing agent shall award a contract to the offeror
whose total adjusted offer is lower than the total adjusted offer of each
other offeror.
