§ 5-22-14-5 — Reasonable expectation of two offers

A governmental body may not designate a purchase as a small business set-aside unless there is a reasonable expectation that offers will be obtained from at least two (2) small businesses capable of furnishing the desired supplies or service at a fair and reasonable price.
