§ 5-22-11-1 — Requirement to purchase from the department of correction
Indiana·Title 5 STATE AND LOCAL ADMINISTRATION·Art. 22 PUBLIC PURCHASING·Ch. 11 Purchases From the Department of Correction
Subject to section 2 of this chapter, a
governmental body shall purchase from the department of correction
supplies and services produced or manufactured by the department
under IC 11-10-6 as listed in the department's printed catalog unless the
supplies and services cannot be furnished in a timely manner.
