§ 5-20-4-5 — "Lower income families"
Indiana·Title 5 STATE AND LOCAL ADMINISTRATION·Art. 20 HOUSING·Ch. 4 Affordable Housing and Community Development Fund
As used in this chapter, "lower income families"
means families whose income does not exceed eighty percent (80%) of
the median income for the area.
