§ 5-20-4-4 — "Fund"
Indiana·Title 5 STATE AND LOCAL ADMINISTRATION·Art. 20 HOUSING·Ch. 4 Affordable Housing and Community Development Fund
As used in this chapter, unless the context
requires otherwise, "fund" refers to the affordable housing and
community development fund established by section 7 of this chapter.
