(a)A requirement of competitive bidding or
restriction imposed on the procedure for award of contracts for the sale
or other disposition of property of the county or municipality is not
applicable to any action taken under this chapter.
(b)This subsection applies if a county or municipality sells or
disposes of real property under this chapter by acceptance of bids. A
bid submitted by a trust (as defined in IC 30-4-1-1(a)) must identify
each:
(1)beneficiary of the trust; and
(2)settlor empowered to revoke or modify the trust.
